OSLO Crystallizer

OSLO crystallizer utilizes a fluidized bed to process materials with simple crystal composition, good flowability, and strict salt quality requirements. This crystallizer introduces a supersaturated solution from the bottom into the fluidized bed zone, rising to the crystallization zone. During this process, the solute precipitates to form crystals. Within the fluidized bed, larger crystals settle to the bottom while smaller crystals remain suspended and continue to grow. This process yields large, uniform crystals.

DTB Crystallizer

The Draft Tube Baffle crystallizer effectively controls crystal size and adjusts crystal growth and nucleation rates, making it widely used in chemical manufacturing and fertilizer industry. It operates by using a bottom-mounted impeller pump to move slurry into a draft tube, where internal baffles separate fine and coarse crystals. Fine crystals dissolve in an external loop, while coarse crystals grow within the crystallizer. Clear mother liquor is evaporated to control supersaturation, aiding suspended crystal growth. Heat exchangers provide heat, and a vacuum system maintains stable pressure to control large crystal growth and recovery.
